(Dubai Media City) Communication agency is seeking :

- Account Director : significant experience in advertising and/or below the line agency, strategically minded, very strong interpersonal skills, ideally currently holding an account director level position or a senior account manager in an advertising agency so as to, reporting to the Managing Director, coach a team of account managers, manage existing accounts (including multinationals), understand needs, and develop marketing proposals and events matching clients' objectives .

- Senior Account Manager: 3 years experience minimum in advertising/below the line agency, strong verbal and written communication skills, very strong organization skills, ideally arabic speaker, able to multi-task and prioritize so as to, reporting to account director, manage client accounts, focus on their expectations and to make sure that their requirements are understood, challenged, and solved based on contract deliverables, and develop works plans and proposals, as well as coordinate work with designers and other departments.
