RAN engineers

We are looking for the following profiles for our projects in Middle-east :
RAN engineers :( SH/Morocco/RANENG ) Radio Access Network engineers with NSN ( ex-Nokia ) experience ableto do corrective and preventive maintenance and second line maintenance .
Minimum experience required is 2 years .The candidates should be able to work on both BTS and BSC's .Transmission knowledge is a plus .
English communication skills are a must .

RAN Optimization Engineer :( SH/Morocco/RANOPT ) Job Scope:
* Knowledge of 3G planning tools and/or Nemo is desired.
* Knowledge of Nokia UTRAN network is a plus.
* Write programs for GIS (MapInfo), macros for excel / access etc.
* Programming in Access Database, and MapInfo
* Clusterization & Optimization procedures
* Drive test measurement tools such as TEMS, Metatron and TOMS
* 2G Theory & network architecture The main job scope will be Network Optimization:
* RAN Optimization
* Benchmarking
* Drive Tests analysis
* Event Failure Analysis
* On-job training to Junior Engineers
* Report generation Experience:
* Knowledge of RF test equipment, data collection methodology, andRF data analysis
* Some experience in Nokia NetAct applications skills for Fault Management and Configuration Management
* Identifies test areas and develops drive test requirements foruse by Drive Test Technicians
* Actix Analyzer
* MapInfo
* Nokia
